Narrative:
Aircraft departs jfk off of runway 31L on cri climb. At cri VOR; the aircraft turned off the SID and entered another controller's airspace. 2 other aircraft were in conflict with the departure but visual separation was applied. This is the second time in 2 weeks that this has happened while I was working the departure position.
