Narrative:

I was working R03 which begins at FL360. The controller working R02 (below R03) climbed a military aircraft from FL350 to FL370. Once this aircraft reached FL360; he had violated my airspace without proper coordination. I noticed the limited data block and advised the controller working R02 of the operational deviation. No other action was taken.

Title: ZKC CTLR DESCRIBED OPDEV WHEN ADJACENT CTLR ENTERED AIRSPACE AT FL360 WITHOUT PROPER COORD.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING R03 WHICH BEGINS AT FL360. THE CTLR WORKING R02 (BELOW R03) CLBED A MIL ACFT FROM FL350 TO FL370. ONCE THIS ACFT REACHED FL360; HE HAD VIOLATED MY AIRSPACE WITHOUT PROPER COORD. I NOTICED THE LIMITED DATA BLOCK AND ADVISED THE CTLR WORKING R02 OF THE OPDEV. NO OTHER ACTION WAS TAKEN.
