Narrative:

I fly time critical operations. As such; I always expedite as much as possible. Unfortunately; last night I taxied at a speed that was unprofessional and quite possibly unsafe to indicate my extreme anger with the tower. I let my rage take control of the situation and disregarded normal and safe operating procedures. I have been having trouble with only one of the approach control/tower facilities that I work with on a nightly basis for over 10 months now; as they continually give not just priority to the part 121 carriers; but go out of their way to delay and impede me. The event unfolded as follows: I contacted the TRSA about 22 NM out with position; intentions; and ATIS. I was radar idented as 18 NM out to the west and told to continue. Approximately 12 NM out; traffic was called as a crj 4 NM behind me that would overtake me. My airspeed was about 155 KTS and ground speed was right around 180 KTS. I was not advised to slow or change heading (unusual for this facility); but that the crj would overtake me shortly. I continued direct to the field as usual and kept my speed up as usual (I have been making this run 4 nights a week for the last 10 1/2 months). When I was 4-5 NM out I was told to cross at midfield from the west to the east for a left downwind for runway 22 which is right traffic normally due to terrain on the east side of the field. The crj had never overtaken me. Upon entering the left downwind I finally spotted the crj; which had been already cleared for the visual; approximately 6-8 NM out on a right downwind. As I was abeam the numbers; I was told I was now #3; as the crj was turning a 4 mi right base and additional traffic was a beech 1900 on an 8 mi straight-in. At any time up to and including this point; I could have not only landed but also cleared the runway without causing any separation issues whatsoever. But as usual this facility chose to delay me. When I finally landed and was taxiing in; I was completely livid and allowed my anger to take control of my decisions; and proceeded to taxi at a high rate of speed in front of the tower. While I feel justified in my anger at the controllers of this facility; my actions were unprofessional; unsafe; and just plain stupid. A much better way of handling this situation; and the one I will be using today; is to call the tower chief to rectify this persistent situation.

Title: AFTER LNDG; AN AIR TAXI PLT EXHIBITED ANGER TOWARD AN ATC LCL CTLR BY TAXIING WITH EXCESSIVE SPD.

Narrative: I FLY TIME CRITICAL OPS. AS SUCH; I ALWAYS EXPEDITE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. UNFORTUNATELY; LAST NIGHT I TAXIED AT A SPD THAT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND QUITE POSSIBLY UNSAFE TO INDICATE MY EXTREME ANGER WITH THE TWR. I LET MY RAGE TAKE CTL OF THE SITUATION AND DISREGARDED NORMAL AND SAFE OPERATING PROCS. I HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH ONLY ONE OF THE APCH CTL/TWR FACILITIES THAT I WORK WITH ON A NIGHTLY BASIS FOR OVER 10 MONTHS NOW; AS THEY CONTINUALLY GIVE NOT JUST PRIORITY TO THE PART 121 CARRIERS; BUT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DELAY AND IMPEDE ME. THE EVENT UNFOLDED AS FOLLOWS: I CONTACTED THE TRSA ABOUT 22 NM OUT WITH POS; INTENTIONS; AND ATIS. I WAS RADAR IDENTED AS 18 NM OUT TO THE W AND TOLD TO CONTINUE. APPROX 12 NM OUT; TFC WAS CALLED AS A CRJ 4 NM BEHIND ME THAT WOULD OVERTAKE ME. MY AIRSPD WAS ABOUT 155 KTS AND GND SPD WAS RIGHT AROUND 180 KTS. I WAS NOT ADVISED TO SLOW OR CHANGE HDG (UNUSUAL FOR THIS FACILITY); BUT THAT THE CRJ WOULD OVERTAKE ME SHORTLY. I CONTINUED DIRECT TO THE FIELD AS USUAL AND KEPT MY SPD UP AS USUAL (I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS RUN 4 NIGHTS A WK FOR THE LAST 10 1/2 MONTHS). WHEN I WAS 4-5 NM OUT I WAS TOLD TO CROSS AT MIDFIELD FROM THE W TO THE E FOR A L DOWNWIND FOR RWY 22 WHICH IS R TFC NORMALLY DUE TO TERRAIN ON THE E SIDE OF THE FIELD. THE CRJ HAD NEVER OVERTAKEN ME. UPON ENTERING THE L DOWNWIND I FINALLY SPOTTED THE CRJ; WHICH HAD BEEN ALREADY CLRED FOR THE VISUAL; APPROX 6-8 NM OUT ON A R DOWNWIND. AS I WAS ABEAM THE NUMBERS; I WAS TOLD I WAS NOW #3; AS THE CRJ WAS TURNING A 4 MI R BASE AND ADDITIONAL TFC WAS A BEECH 1900 ON AN 8 MI STRAIGHT-IN. AT ANY TIME UP TO AND INCLUDING THIS POINT; I COULD HAVE NOT ONLY LANDED BUT ALSO CLRED THE RWY WITHOUT CAUSING ANY SEPARATION ISSUES WHATSOEVER. BUT AS USUAL THIS FACILITY CHOSE TO DELAY ME. WHEN I FINALLY LANDED AND WAS TAXIING IN; I WAS COMPLETELY LIVID AND ALLOWED MY ANGER TO TAKE CTL OF MY DECISIONS; AND PROCEEDED TO TAXI AT A HIGH RATE OF SPD IN FRONT OF THE TWR. WHILE I FEEL JUSTIFIED IN MY ANGER AT THE CTLRS OF THIS FACILITY; MY ACTIONS WERE UNPROFESSIONAL; UNSAFE; AND JUST PLAIN STUPID. A MUCH BETTER WAY OF HANDLING THIS SITUATION; AND THE ONE I WILL BE USING TODAY; IS TO CALL THE TWR CHIEF TO RECTIFY THIS PERSISTENT SITUATION.
