Narrative:
I was working radar position with qualified radar associate. We were busy with 18+ aircraft transitioning and sequencing. Several coords take place which cause some distraction to both controllers. Aircraft #1 is descended through aircraft #2 and subsequently stopped when conflict alert is activated.

Title: ZOB CTLR EXPERIENCED OPERROR NEAR FL280; DURING BUSY TFC PERIOD; WHEN HE OR SHE DSNDED ACFT THROUGH OCCUPIED ALT.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING RADAR POS WITH QUALIFIED RADAR ASSOCIATE. WE WERE BUSY WITH 18+ ACFT TRANSITIONING AND SEQUENCING. SEVERAL COORDS TAKE PLACE WHICH CAUSE SOME DISTR TO BOTH CTLRS. ACFT #1 IS DSNDED THROUGH ACFT #2 AND SUBSEQUENTLY STOPPED WHEN CONFLICT ALERT IS ACTIVATED.
