Flying the podde departure to the north; the altitude restriction for kmart is incorrect. The commercial SID chart shows altitude at or above 5500 ft. The FMC database for the point shows at or above 5000 ft. The date range of the database was verified as good. Departure control seemed unsure of the restriction; but upon prompting; verified the correct number was 5500 ft.
