During cruise flight approximately 1 hour into a 3 hour 34 min flight time leg from atl to phx; we received an ACARS message advising us 'operations called and informed me that ramp put on 4300 pounds of cargo that was not included in your trim sheet; new zero fuel weight is 129.8 and index of 66.0.' we recalculated our takeoff weight at 158380 pounds. En route burn was 23.3 yielding a revised landing weight of 135000.
