Narrative:

On runway 15R; bos; cleared for takeoff. Began takeoff roll with clear runway; and nose and wingtip landing lights on. As we reached takeoff thrust; first officer asked if the rj on taxiway north was going to stop. He was coming from right to left. It became obvious he was not going to stop before he crossed our runway. We rejected takeoff below 60 KTS. Brake temperatures remained below 100 degrees C. Bos tower canceled our takeoff clearance just after we began to stop. Cleared runway 15R at taxiway north and returned to runway 15R for an uneventful takeoff.
