Narrative:
During cruise flight at FL410; the emergency pressurization system activated without air crew input. An emergency descent was initiated and the crew experienced a cabin duct overheat; cabin altitude warning; loss of communications; and stabilizer trim failure. Aircraft was leveled at 13000 ft; the last altitude assigned prior to communication loss. With apparently unassociated system failures and no ATC contact; the PIC elected to turn north; remain VMC and land at the nearest suitable airport. Communications were established on 121.5 through a relay with an air carrier X flight. The aircraft was cleared for a visual approach to ZZZ where an uneventful landing was made.

Title: LR45 FLT CREW EXPERIENCES MULTIPLE SYS FAILURES AFTER PRESSURIZATION LOSS AT CRUISE. DECLARE EMER AND DIVERT TO SAFE LNDG.
Narrative: DURING CRUISE FLT AT FL410; THE EMER PRESSURIZATION SYS ACTIVATED WITHOUT AIR CREW INPUT. AN EMER DSCNT WAS INITIATED AND THE CREW EXPERIENCED A CABIN DUCT OVERHEAT; CABIN ALT WARNING; LOSS OF COMS; AND STABILIZER TRIM FAILURE. ACFT WAS LEVELED AT 13000 FT; THE LAST ALT ASSIGNED PRIOR TO COM LOSS. WITH APPARENTLY UNASSOCIATED SYS FAILURES AND NO ATC CONTACT; THE PIC ELECTED TO TURN N; REMAIN VMC AND LAND AT THE NEAREST SUITABLE ARPT. COMS WERE ESTABLISHED ON 121.5 THROUGH A RELAY WITH AN ACR X FLT. THE ACFT WAS CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH TO ZZZ WHERE AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG WAS MADE.
