Narrative:

Installed circuit breaker connected to bus bar connected to other breakers. The missed bus was touching the breaker which made the operations check ok and ground runs ok; but the test operation was interrupted over this. The area was a small tight hole to work through with many wires covering the breaker. Hard to access.

Title: AN MD80 HAD A CIRCUIT BREAKER INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. CIRCUIT BREAKER NOT FASTENED TO THE BUS BAR.

Narrative: INSTALLED CIRCUIT BREAKER CONNECTED TO BUS BAR CONNECTED TO OTHER BREAKERS. THE MISSED BUS WAS TOUCHING THE BREAKER WHICH MADE THE OPS CHK OK AND GND RUNS OK; BUT THE TEST OP WAS INTERRUPTED OVER THIS. THE AREA WAS A SMALL TIGHT HOLE TO WORK THROUGH WITH MANY WIRES COVERING THE BREAKER. HARD TO ACCESS.
