Narrative:
The glex advised unable to circle right for runway 20R from the approach for runway 10 with the field in sight on 6 mi final. This does not conform to a normal traffic flow. How is a pilot with the field in sight unable to circle right; but can fly over the field and circle left? Is there a problem with glex that prohibits this practice?
