Narrative:

During review of the overnight package for aircraft X. I missed the lack of all rii buyoff of the torque of the #2 engine cone bolts on the engine install task card. More time is required to review the mass of paper work when there is an engine change or many tasks attached to the overnight package.

Title: A B737-400 WAS RELEASED FOR SVC WITH THE FAA REQUIRED INSPECTION NOT ACCOMPLISHED ON THE RE-TORQUING OF #2 ENG MOUNT CONE BOLTS.

Narrative: DURING REVIEW OF THE OVERNIGHT PACKAGE FOR ACFT X. I MISSED THE LACK OF ALL RII BUYOFF OF THE TORQUE OF THE #2 ENG CONE BOLTS ON THE ENG INSTALL TASK CARD. MORE TIME IS REQUIRED TO REVIEW THE MASS OF PAPER WORK WHEN THERE IS AN ENG CHANGE OR MANY TASKS ATTACHED TO THE OVERNIGHT PACKAGE.
