Narrative:
My student and I departed lna airport to the west for a 2 hour training flight. Before departure we monitored and transmitted on (122.7 lna CTAF). We had to wait for one arrival and 2 departures before we took off. We departed the area to the west at 1000-1100 ft and monitored 122.7 until clear of the airport area. After approximately 2 hours we were returning to lna from the west when an F15 flew across the nose of our aircraft, approximately 1/4-1/2 mi distance. I had thought that it was unusual for an F15 to be in this area. Approximately 1-2 mins later another F15 flew across our nose, only this time much closer, less than 1/4 mi. I remember telling my student that something must be up and immediately called palm beach approach and reported being buzzed by the F15's. They told me that I was in restr airspace and to deviate to the south. I asked 'what restr airspace?' and was given palm beach tower phone number to call when I was on the ground. I was told that there was a tfr in place (later I found out it was because of the president). Late afternoon or early evening on the day before I had called miami FSS for the next day's flight condition, and told them I was a flight instructor. I was not briefed of the following days flight restr. A brief announcement over local frequencys in the area soon to be affected by a tfr would be a good idea and to make sure briefers tell pilots of impending tfr's. I will specifically ask for tfr's for all local briefings in the future.

Title: PRESIDENTIAL TFR NEAR PBI VIOLATED BY A PA22 TRAINING FLT WHILE 10 MI W OF LNA.
Narrative: MY STUDENT AND I DEPARTED LNA ARPT TO THE W FOR A 2 HR TRAINING FLT. BEFORE DEP WE MONITORED AND XMITTED ON (122.7 LNA CTAF). WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ONE ARR AND 2 DEPS BEFORE WE TOOK OFF. WE DEPARTED THE AREA TO THE W AT 1000-1100 FT AND MONITORED 122.7 UNTIL CLR OF THE ARPT AREA. AFTER APPROX 2 HRS WE WERE RETURNING TO LNA FROM THE W WHEN AN F15 FLEW ACROSS THE NOSE OF OUR ACFT, APPROX 1/4-1/2 MI DISTANCE. I HAD THOUGHT THAT IT WAS UNUSUAL FOR AN F15 TO BE IN THIS AREA. APPROX 1-2 MINS LATER ANOTHER F15 FLEW ACROSS OUR NOSE, ONLY THIS TIME MUCH CLOSER, LESS THAN 1/4 MI. I REMEMBER TELLING MY STUDENT THAT SOMETHING MUST BE UP AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED PALM BEACH APCH AND RPTED BEING BUZZED BY THE F15'S. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS IN RESTR AIRSPACE AND TO DEVIATE TO THE S. I ASKED 'WHAT RESTR AIRSPACE?' AND WAS GIVEN PALM BEACH TWR PHONE NUMBER TO CALL WHEN I WAS ON THE GND. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A TFR IN PLACE (LATER I FOUND OUT IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE PRESIDENT). LATE AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING ON THE DAY BEFORE I HAD CALLED MIAMI FSS FOR THE NEXT DAY'S FLT CONDITION, AND TOLD THEM I WAS A FLT INSTRUCTOR. I WAS NOT BRIEFED OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS FLT RESTR. A BRIEF ANNOUNCEMENT OVER LCL FREQS IN THE AREA SOON TO BE AFFECTED BY A TFR WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA AND TO MAKE SURE BRIEFERS TELL PLTS OF IMPENDING TFR'S. I WILL SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR TFR'S FOR ALL LCL BRIEFINGS IN THE FUTURE.
