Narrative:
Aborted takeoff on takeoff roll. Prior to V1, captain noticed 'E2 fuel imp bypass' on EICAS and called for abort. After clearing the runway, taxied aircraft to parking. Upon coordination with maintenance controller and station, maintenance proceeded to ground the aircraft for a fuel bypass pin.
