Narrative:

After being cleared for visual approach to runway 36, flight crew was instructed to contact tower. Crew became fixated on SOP's and checklist completion. Quite simply failed to change to tower frequency. After landing, we changed to tower while clearing the runway. This event occurred on the last passenger leg of a 7 day tour. The tour had many 12-14 hour duty days with multiple 10 hour rest periods. Single largest contributing factor was fatigue! Corrective action: classic failure to recognize own fatigue always results in overwhelming drive to 'press on.' we should plan ahead not to allow multiple long duty days to stack up.
