Narrative:

Boyfriend had girlfriends seat in first class and when she tried to come up to situation with him, she was told she could not and she went off saying she paid for the seat and she was always in first class, that her parents were rich and had attorneys. She was asked to take her seat and that her boyfriend take his in coach. She stormed off calling the purser a '(expletive)' flight attendant then asked him to go back and he said he would. He continued to situation there and when I confronted him again he said I was the 'rudest (expletive) person' he had ever met in his life. He then came to first class galley and proceeded to argue with us saying he didn't understand why he couldn't situation there. We had already explained it to him saying that only one of them had paid for the seat, which was her and that she was welcome to situation there, but he was not. He then proceeded to stand by his girlfriend's seat in first class and call me names, cuss, said if he wished I worked where he worked, he would take care of me. He said he wanted to report me at which time I handed him my card. The girlfriend, when told that the captain would get involved and that she could possibly get thrown off, said please do, that what could I do, throw her out the window? He said to get out of his face, he wanted nothing else to do with me. When the boyfriend went to back, we proceeded with service in first class. When the 2 of them got involved with 2 more flight attendants in mid-galley arguing when portuguese speaker explained to her in portuguese the rules. They continued to cuss and call names when captain said, if they continued he would have police meet the flight. They refused to situation down and insisted on standing the entire flight. When told police would get involved, they went to coach where there were no 2 seats available together. We offered 2 seats separately, or for her to return to first class and he, his original seat. Then they went to aft galley and proceeded to argue with flight attendants there. She went in and out of lavatory crying and slamming doors. I had to go back again, when I couldn't get a word in edgewise and told them they were interfering with the crew and that I was going to write them up. I went back, filled out the passenger disturbance report and handed them the entire white copy. When I did that, all of a sudden he became apologetic. At this time, she went back up to first class and sat down. I went to finish service when flight attendants in back said he was in and out of lavatory, vomiting violently, wouldn't situation, and tried to situation in jump seat. They finally put him in a seat where he continued to go to the lavatory and vomit. We started suspecting he was on drugs because of his irrational behavior. After 1 hour went by he fell asleep. When we began our descent, she started up again and got on the phone to what sounded like her family in first class, then went back to situation with him where they proceeded to argue and she was hitting him. I asked for a supervisor and security to meet the flight and pointed them out as they deplaned. They explained that nothing could be done because we did not request police to meet the flight. Most passenger in the first class vicinity witnessed the whole thing and were appalled by their behavior. I apologized and then asked witnesses if they could give me their names as witnesses. They said, no problem.

Title: A B767 FLT ATTENDANT IN CHARGE RPTED THE AGGRESSIVE ESCAPADES OF 2 PAX FLYING TO SBGL.

Narrative: BOYFRIEND HAD GIRLFRIENDS SEAT IN FIRST CLASS AND WHEN SHE TRIED TO COME UP TO SIT WITH HIM, SHE WAS TOLD SHE COULD NOT AND SHE WENT OFF SAYING SHE PAID FOR THE SEAT AND SHE WAS ALWAYS IN FIRST CLASS, THAT HER PARENTS WERE RICH AND HAD ATTORNEYS. SHE WAS ASKED TO TAKE HER SEAT AND THAT HER BOYFRIEND TAKE HIS IN COACH. SHE STORMED OFF CALLING THE PURSER A '(EXPLETIVE)' FLT ATTENDANT THEN ASKED HIM TO GO BACK AND HE SAID HE WOULD. HE CONTINUED TO SIT THERE AND WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM AGAIN HE SAID I WAS THE 'RUDEST (EXPLETIVE) PERSON' HE HAD EVER MET IN HIS LIFE. HE THEN CAME TO FIRST CLASS GALLEY AND PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH US SAYING HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE COULDN'T SIT THERE. WE HAD ALREADY EXPLAINED IT TO HIM SAYING THAT ONLY ONE OF THEM HAD PAID FOR THE SEAT, WHICH WAS HER AND THAT SHE WAS WELCOME TO SIT THERE, BUT HE WAS NOT. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO STAND BY HIS GIRLFRIEND'S SEAT IN FIRST CLASS AND CALL ME NAMES, CUSS, SAID IF HE WISHED I WORKED WHERE HE WORKED, HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME. HE SAID HE WANTED TO RPT ME AT WHICH TIME I HANDED HIM MY CARD. THE GIRLFRIEND, WHEN TOLD THAT THE CAPT WOULD GET INVOLVED AND THAT SHE COULD POSSIBLY GET THROWN OFF, SAID PLEASE DO, THAT WHAT COULD I DO, THROW HER OUT THE WINDOW? HE SAID TO GET OUT OF HIS FACE, HE WANTED NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH ME. WHEN THE BOYFRIEND WENT TO BACK, WE PROCEEDED WITH SVC IN FIRST CLASS. WHEN THE 2 OF THEM GOT INVOLVED WITH 2 MORE FLT ATTENDANTS IN MID-GALLEY ARGUING WHEN PORTUGUESE SPEAKER EXPLAINED TO HER IN PORTUGUESE THE RULES. THEY CONTINUED TO CUSS AND CALL NAMES WHEN CAPT SAID, IF THEY CONTINUED HE WOULD HAVE POLICE MEET THE FLT. THEY REFUSED TO SIT DOWN AND INSISTED ON STANDING THE ENTIRE FLT. WHEN TOLD POLICE WOULD GET INVOLVED, THEY WENT TO COACH WHERE THERE WERE NO 2 SEATS AVAILABLE TOGETHER. WE OFFERED 2 SEATS SEPARATELY, OR FOR HER TO RETURN TO FIRST CLASS AND HE, HIS ORIGINAL SEAT. THEN THEY WENT TO AFT GALLEY AND PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH FLT ATTENDANTS THERE. SHE WENT IN AND OUT OF LAVATORY CRYING AND SLAMMING DOORS. I HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN, WHEN I COULDN'T GET A WORD IN EDGEWISE AND TOLD THEM THEY WERE INTERFERING WITH THE CREW AND THAT I WAS GOING TO WRITE THEM UP. I WENT BACK, FILLED OUT THE PAX DISTURBANCE RPT AND HANDED THEM THE ENTIRE WHITE COPY. WHEN I DID THAT, ALL OF A SUDDEN HE BECAME APOLOGETIC. AT THIS TIME, SHE WENT BACK UP TO FIRST CLASS AND SAT DOWN. I WENT TO FINISH SVC WHEN FLT ATTENDANTS IN BACK SAID HE WAS IN AND OUT OF LAVATORY, VOMITING VIOLENTLY, WOULDN'T SIT, AND TRIED TO SIT IN JUMP SEAT. THEY FINALLY PUT HIM IN A SEAT WHERE HE CONTINUED TO GO TO THE LAVATORY AND VOMIT. WE STARTED SUSPECTING HE WAS ON DRUGS BECAUSE OF HIS IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOR. AFTER 1 HR WENT BY HE FELL ASLEEP. WHEN WE BEGAN OUR DSCNT, SHE STARTED UP AGAIN AND GOT ON THE PHONE TO WHAT SOUNDED LIKE HER FAMILY IN FIRST CLASS, THEN WENT BACK TO SIT WITH HIM WHERE THEY PROCEEDED TO ARGUE AND SHE WAS HITTING HIM. I ASKED FOR A SUPVR AND SECURITY TO MEET THE FLT AND POINTED THEM OUT AS THEY DEPLANED. THEY EXPLAINED THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE BECAUSE WE DID NOT REQUEST POLICE TO MEET THE FLT. MOST PAX IN THE FIRST CLASS VICINITY WITNESSED THE WHOLE THING AND WERE APPALLED BY THEIR BEHAVIOR. I APOLOGIZED AND THEN ASKED WITNESSES IF THEY COULD GIVE ME THEIR NAMES AS WITNESSES. THEY SAID, NO PROB.
