Narrative:

A female passenger asked to speak privately with the #1 flight attendant and me in the back of the aircraft. She was seated in xab. She reported to us that the man next to her had been cursing, muttering, and saying '**** the americans' at which time another passenger told him 'he shouldn't talk like that.' she reported that passenger all around him were concerned and upset by his behavior. The #1 flight attendant called the cockpit. The passenger told the pilots of her concerns. The aircraft returned to the gate. I heard, later, that the man's brother was in first class. He deplaned with the man when he was removed. Apparently, the offending passenger had also been popping pills and pounding his fist into his palm. Perhaps the individual is suffering mental illness.

Title: A B757 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED THE AGGRESSIVE AND PROFANE LANGUAGE OF A PAX CAUSED THE CAPT TO RETURN TO THE GATE AT BOS AND OFFLOAD THE PAX AND HIS BROTHER WHO WAS SITTING IN FIRST CLASS.

Narrative: A FEMALE PAX ASKED TO SPEAK PRIVATELY WITH THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT AND ME IN THE BACK OF THE ACFT. SHE WAS SEATED IN XAB. SHE RPTED TO US THAT THE MAN NEXT TO HER HAD BEEN CURSING, MUTTERING, AND SAYING '**** THE AMERICANS' AT WHICH TIME ANOTHER PAX TOLD HIM 'HE SHOULDN'T TALK LIKE THAT.' SHE RPTED THAT PAX ALL AROUND HIM WERE CONCERNED AND UPSET BY HIS BEHAVIOR. THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT CALLED THE COCKPIT. THE PAX TOLD THE PLTS OF HER CONCERNS. THE ACFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. I HEARD, LATER, THAT THE MAN'S BROTHER WAS IN FIRST CLASS. HE DEPLANED WITH THE MAN WHEN HE WAS REMOVED. APPARENTLY, THE OFFENDING PAX HAD ALSO BEEN POPPING PILLS AND POUNDING HIS FIST INTO HIS PALM. PERHAPS THE INDIVIDUAL IS SUFFERING MENTAL ILLNESS.
