Narrative:

I was the PF. We were cleared for takeoff, no delay. During the takeoff roll, the engine light came on along with the 'eec' lights. The captain saw that the pitot heat was not on. He turned them on but the 'eec' lights did not extinguish. He rejected the takeoff. I called the tower and made a remain seated PA. We exited the runway and completed the rejected takeoff checklist and the after landing checklist and coordination the situation with operation and the flight attendants.
