Cleared runway. During taxi back to gate, flight crew contacted maintenance, referred to MEL, parked aircraft on taxiway and ran up engine #3 twice. All engine gauges (oil pressure, oil temperature and oil quantity) normal. Light did not reilluminate. Discussed with maintenance. Crew and maintenance agreed to a second takeoff.
