Narrative:

In vicinity of psp on kayoh 4 arrival at FL260, we received a TA followed almost immediately by an RA to 'climb.' display screen showed traffic at 11 O'clock position, 800 ft below and climbing to 700 ft, then 600 ft below. Our climb resolved the conflict. ATC was informed as we departed FL260. We climbed approximately 1000 ft. Intruding aircraft informed ATC that they had overshot their assigned altitude of FL250. We were then assigned FL270. Remainder of flight was uneventful.
