Narrative:
I was working the jordan radar sector (salt lake city TRACON) and had cleared aircraft X for a visual approach to runway 34R. At 11000 ft he reported taking evasive action to miss a glider and reported an near midair collision. I never observed any traffic in his vicinity. The area is approximately 8 mi from a known glider area, where there is a 'glider box' for gliders to climb/descend through class B airspace.
