Narrative:

Departing mco, we noticed an unusually high rate of cabin pressurization. Contacted maintenance regarding this situation. While talking to maintenance we got a cabin altitude caution message then within a couple seconds a cabin altitude warning, this was at about 11500 ft. We got clearance from ZMA to 10000 ft. Start emergency descent and requested to return to mco (our departure airport). No emergency declared. Ran the appropriate QRH checklist. Notified company, flight attendant and passenger about our return. Landed without further incidents. (Landed unpressurized.)
