Narrative:

I landed on atl runway 26R and was told to hold short of runway 26L. While holding short, I was cleared to cross runway 26L by the tower controller. While I was in the middle of the runway crossing, another aircraft holding in position was cleared for takeoff. Someone called aircraft on runway over the radio and aircraft holding in takeoff position did not move. Controller canceled takeoff clearance and we finished crossing.

Narrative: I LANDED ON ATL RWY 26R AND WAS TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 26L. WHILE HOLDING SHORT, I WAS CLRED TO CROSS RWY 26L BY THE TWR CTLR. WHILE I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RWY XING, ANOTHER ACFT HOLDING IN POS WAS CLRED FOR TKOF. SOMEONE CALLED ACFT ON RWY OVER THE RADIO AND ACFT HOLDING IN TKOF POS DID NOT MOVE. CTLR CANCELED TKOF CLRNC AND WE FINISHED XING.
