Narrative:

Cleared for takeoff runway 26, turn left heading 320 degrees. About the time we were in the turn and starting to clean up the flaps, the tower advised us of a bonanza that had us in sight that we should pass behind. About the same time, we got a 'traffic, traffic' alert (too low for an RA). I saw the symbol on the TCASII at about 1 - 1 1/2 mi off the nose and several hundred ft above us. The co-pilot pulled up hard while I looked to acquire the traffic visually. We never did see him, but according to the TCASII we passed directly over (not behind) him with about 500 ft of separation. We got handed off to departure control about that time, and I told departure that we were a little too close for comfort with the bonanza. He said he would pass that back to the tower controller.

Title: B737-700 DEP FROM OMA EXPERIENCED TCASII ALERT AT 2000 FT WITH BE35 MAINTAINING VISUAL SEPARATION.

Narrative: CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 26, TURN L HDG 320 DEGS. ABOUT THE TIME WE WERE IN THE TURN AND STARTING TO CLEAN UP THE FLAPS, THE TWR ADVISED US OF A BONANZA THAT HAD US IN SIGHT THAT WE SHOULD PASS BEHIND. ABOUT THE SAME TIME, WE GOT A 'TFC, TFC' ALERT (TOO LOW FOR AN RA). I SAW THE SYMBOL ON THE TCASII AT ABOUT 1 - 1 1/2 MI OFF THE NOSE AND SEVERAL HUNDRED FT ABOVE US. THE CO-PLT PULLED UP HARD WHILE I LOOKED TO ACQUIRE THE TFC VISUALLY. WE NEVER DID SEE HIM, BUT ACCORDING TO THE TCASII WE PASSED DIRECTLY OVER (NOT BEHIND) HIM WITH ABOUT 500 FT OF SEPARATION. WE GOT HANDED OFF TO DEP CTL ABOUT THAT TIME, AND I TOLD DEP THAT WE WERE A LITTLE TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT WITH THE BONANZA. HE SAID HE WOULD PASS THAT BACK TO THE TWR CTLR.
