Narrative:

Aircraft nose #X effective (abc). Possible confign problem. I removed forward flight attendant handset. I installed forward flight attendant handset HAN5267, SN00237 and referenced ipc 23-40-00-20E item #200 to qualify the part. The part repaired the problem. I signed off the item. Rechked ipc. Found part AAP3730 (HAN1286) to be effective for abc. Discovered that ECOK3031AA installed AAP3730 (HAN1286) on 2 aircraft. Nose number X (abc) and deferred. No spares in system. Total system ownership is (6 each) 3 on each of the 2 moded aircraft.

FOUND PART AAP3730 (HAN1286) TO BE EFFECTIVE FOR ABC. DISCOVERED THAT ECOK3031AA INSTALLED AAP3730 (HAN1286) ON 2 ACFT. NOSE NUMBER X (ABC) AND DEFERRED. NO SPARES IN SYS. TOTAL SYS OWNERSHIP IS (6 EACH) 3 ON EACH OF THE 2 MODED ACFT.
