Narrative:

On mar/thu/04, I svced idg oil on aircraft in conjunction with an 'a' check. Service was accomplished through open fan cowls. After service, I closed cowls. At no time were idg service doors opened. When 'a' check was complete, all cowls and service doors on engines were closed and secure. I was notified on mar/mon/04 that on a subsequent flight an idg service door was reported missing.
