Narrative:

VFR flight hqm to bvs. Contacted seattle approach, asked for permission to fly eastbound to mid puget sound, then northwest to bvs. Was given squawk code and roger. Altitude was 5500 ft. Took this as clearance into class B airspace. Shortly after frequency change, next controller asked intentions and said I was not cleared into class B airspace unless previously cleared by last controller. Feel the initial approach controller should have said I was not cleared into class B airspace as I had expressed my intentions.
