Narrative:

During landing roll at fll, tower advised smoke coming from right main landing gear as aircraft turned off runway. Smoke started at approximately point of initial wheel brake application. Aircraft stopped on taxiway while fire department responded. Smoke stopped after leaving runway. Outboard right main gear reported flat. Aircraft towed to gate as directed by company maintenance control. Maintenance changed both right main gear tires and deactivated anti-skid system, in accordance with DC9 MEL procedures.
