Narrative:

In light of the current emphasis on preventing runway incursions, while taxiing to runway 32R on taxiway B and after crossing the bravo bridge, we were cleared into position and hold. Due to snow, darkness and extremely dim lighting, it was almost impossible to identify the taxi markings and hold line for runway 32R. This could/would have been a problem if we had been required to stop. Regardless of the environmental conditions, this situation should not be happening.
