Narrative:

We have moved several items on the first officer flows from after start flow with aircraft stopped to a heads down on the taxi out. Can you say runway incursion? There are several others that require input from the captain but has been put on the first officer flows adding overall workload. And all this is accomplished with no real training except on computer at home and a manual update we have been reading and doing while operating the aircraft. This confirms my suspicion that the FAA oversight is lacking or politically correct.
