Mobile approach abuts pensacola approach on our western boundary. During the last 8 yrs, the quality of service they are willing to provide the flying public has deteriorated. They will seldom take a handoff on a VFR flight plan. In addition, mob has become increasingly late on taking IFR handoffs.

Narrative: MOBILE APCH ABUTS PENSACOLA APCH ON OUR WESTERN BOUNDARY. DURING THE LAST 8 YRS, THE QUALITY OF SVC THEY ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE THE FLYING PUBLIC HAS DETERIORATED. THEY WILL SELDOM TAKE A HDOF ON A VFR FLT PLAN. IN ADDITION, MOB HAS BECOME INCREASINGLY LATE ON TAKING IFR HDOFS.
