Narrative:

Passenger boarded flight and refused to stow luggage/wheels and insisted that be done by me. Passenger demanded 2 glasses of champagne (pre-departure) for her 'colleague in the back.' she already had consumed 2 glasses. During safety video, passenger rang call light waving her glass for more champagne. She interrupted the service, continuously demanding more white wine, or champagne. This occurred while I was serving other customers or performing safety duties. The flight experienced mild to moderate turbulence. The captain made a PA and turned on fasten belt sign and requested the flight attendants to be seated. Immediately, passenger jumped out of her seat, dashed to where I was strapped in and demanded (again) more wine. At this point (4 1/2 hours flight time), she appeared intoxicated and belligerent. I asked her if she had heard the captain's instructions. She said 'yes' but did not obey said instructions. Her speech was slurred, her eyes were red and demeanor was hostile. I made a mental tally of the alcohol that I had served her. My estimation was that she had consumed at least 1 full bottle of champagne and 1 full bottle of wine. According to far's and company policy I cannot serve an intoxicated passenger, and denied the alcohol request. In accordance with the FAA, I also requested she remain seated with 'her seatbelt fastened.' at that point she complied, however complaining that I was going to 'get in trouble' for my requests. She refused to relinquish headset during collection (25 mins prior to landing).
