Narrative:
Taxied aircraft to runway 4L with instructions to hold short of runway 29. Returned to other duties. Then I believe I requested a crossing from local control (however, local controller states I did not). Crossed aircraft across runway 29 with arrival rolling out.

Title: GND CTLR RPT ON AN ATC INDUCED RWY INCURSION WHEN FAILING TO COORDINATE WITH LCL CTLR REGARDING AN ACTIVE RWY XING WITH LNDG TFC ON ROLLOUT RWY 29 AT EWR, NJ.
Narrative: TAXIED ACFT TO RWY 4L WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 29. RETURNED TO OTHER DUTIES. THEN I BELIEVE I REQUESTED A XING FROM LCL CTL (HOWEVER, LCL CTLR STATES I DID NOT). CROSSED ACFT ACROSS RWY 29 WITH ARR ROLLING OUT.
