Narrative:
Deicing B737-700 within type 4 deice fluid. On some of our B37-700, a MEL is required if deiced with this type of fluid. There was a miscom with dispatch and this MEL was not placed on this aircraft. The MEL limits airspeed to 270 KTS.

Title: A B737-700 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE OF AN AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE DUE TO BEING DEICED WITH TYPE 4 FLUID AND NO SPD RESTR ENTERED IN LOGBOOK.
Narrative: DEICING B737-700 WITHIN TYPE 4 DEICE FLUID. ON SOME OF OUR B37-700, A MEL IS REQUIRED IF DEICED WITH THIS TYPE OF FLUID. THERE WAS A MISCOM WITH DISPATCH AND THIS MEL WAS NOT PLACED ON THIS ACFT. THE MEL LIMITS AIRSPD TO 270 KTS.
