Narrative:

FBO has relocated to a new area on airport. Taxiing out requires call to ramp control who told us to taxi out, hold short of taxiway ea. The ramp ends and taxiway ea begins with no hold lines. To see the taxiway ea sign you have to be sitting on taxiway ea. First time in since FBO moved locations. Signage is confusing and there is not any sign showing where ramp ends and taxiway ea begins.
