Narrative:

While intercepting localizer, FMC jumped location and displayed aircraft being aligned approximately with runway 13L, while raw data showed aircraft established on runway 13R. After touchdown, FMC picture then shows aircraft near or on runway 13R. This is second such occurrence for me going into skbo in pegasus aircraft in 4 days and have never seen this before in +11 yrs of flying to skbo. I would think that there is some database problem with new program that was just installed.
