Narrative:
I was flying 3 passenger on business from ftw to aus. Before departure I checked with fwa FSS for status of P-49 and was told it was 'small' today. En route at 4500 ft MSL, I referenced the waco 240 at 15 mi for location of P-49 and believed I was well east of the airspace. On arrival at aus, I was instructed to taxi to FBO ramp and would be met on a 'possible tfr violation.' we were met by airport police and I was told I had penetrated P-49. After an interview with a secret service agent I was asked to call waco approach. I did so and was told that the coordinates for P-49 had changed from waco 240 degrees at 15 to the 241 at 14.4. They said this resulted in a penetration by 1/2 mi. If I did penetrate, it was strictly an error in navigation on my part, compounded by not having current and accurate location information on the airspace. I have flown this route numerous times and honestly thought I would be clear of P-49. My GPS does not depict P-49 and I was using both the VOR and distance as well as visual navigation for clearance. In the future I will not only be talking to waco approach, but will also check each time to be sure the coordinates for P-49 have not changed, regardless of the status of the area.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING 3 PAX ON BUSINESS FROM FTW TO AUS. BEFORE DEP I CHKED WITH FWA FSS FOR STATUS OF P-49 AND WAS TOLD IT WAS 'SMALL' TODAY. ENRTE AT 4500 FT MSL, I REFED THE WACO 240 AT 15 MI FOR LOCATION OF P-49 AND BELIEVED I WAS WELL E OF THE AIRSPACE. AFTER AN INTERVIEW WITH A SECRET SVC AGENT I WAS ASKED TO CALL WACO APCH. I DID SO AND WAS TOLD THAT THE COORDINATES FOR P-49 HAD CHANGED FROM WACO 240 DEGS AT 15 TO THE 241 AT 14.4. IN THE FUTURE I WILL NOT ONLY BE TALKING TO WACO APCH, BUT WILL ALSO CHK EACH TIME TO BE SURE THE COORDINATES FOR P-49 HAVE NOT CHANGED, REGARDLESS OF THE STATUS OF THE AREA.
