Narrative:

Return to field after takeoff due to unsecured gpu access door. The door was observed to be closed during preflight walkaround. Sometime during taxi or takeoff, the door unlatched and opened. To prevent damage to door or possible door separation which could result in FOD to right engine, the decision was made to return to field. All checklists complied with. Normal landing, taxi, and shutdown at gate.

Narrative: RETURN TO FIELD AFTER TKOF DUE TO UNSECURED GPU ACCESS DOOR. THE DOOR WAS OBSERVED TO BE CLOSED DURING PREFLT WALKAROUND. SOMETIME DURING TAXI OR TKOF, THE DOOR UNLATCHED AND OPENED. TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO DOOR OR POSSIBLE DOOR SEPARATION WHICH COULD RESULT IN FOD TO R ENG, THE DECISION WAS MADE TO RETURN TO FIELD. ALL CHKLISTS COMPLIED WITH. NORMAL LNDG, TAXI, AND SHUTDOWN AT GATE.
