Narrative:

Passenger got in my face and I told him to situation down. He was quite combative. Then, 15 mins later, he put his elbow across the aisle with force so I couldn't pass by. I warned him again and said, 'now you are directly interfering with a flight crew, which is a federal offense' (far 121.580). We called police. They met the flight and said they would send a report into the tsa and he would be fined. He should be!

Title: B737 FLT ATTENDANT HAD A PAX THAT INTERFERED WITH HIS DUTIES.

Narrative: PAX GOT IN MY FACE AND I TOLD HIM TO SIT DOWN. HE WAS QUITE COMBATIVE. THEN, 15 MINS LATER, HE PUT HIS ELBOW ACROSS THE AISLE WITH FORCE SO I COULDN'T PASS BY. I WARNED HIM AGAIN AND SAID, 'NOW YOU ARE DIRECTLY INTERFERING WITH A FLT CREW, WHICH IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE' (FAR 121.580). WE CALLED POLICE. THEY MET THE FLT AND SAID THEY WOULD SEND A RPT INTO THE TSA AND HE WOULD BE FINED. HE SHOULD BE!
