Narrative:

Location: end of runway 14L, taxi pre-takeoff. After a lengthy delay for takeoff, we were finally near departure. I checked the flight plan to verify minimum takeoff fuel because of the long delay. I believe the fuel was 19200 pounds. Our minimum takeoff fuel was around 19400 pounds. I advised the captain that we were below minimum takeoff fuel. The captain brusquely replied that he was aware of that. I asked the captain if he wanted me to get a lower release fuel from dispatch before takeoff. The captain replied, 'no.' he said he was comfortable with it. I said, 'I'm not.' we took off. So, here I am following up on this particular incident. Not that it should matter, but there was plenty of time to get an updated release without disrupting the takeoff sequence or time. Supplemental information from acn 589677: after 1 hour single engine taxi to runway 14L. Into position and hold. 20 mi separation southeast departures. Approximately 35-40 aircraft behind us waiting for departure. Minimum takeoff fuel reached as we taxied into position. 1 hour hold fuel with 1500 pounds additional. I elected to accept takeoff clearance with all known variables at that time.

Title: AFTER A 1 HR TFC DELAY ON THE GND, AN F100 PIC TAKES OFF WITH LESS THAN MINIMUM TKOF FUEL, DESPITE THE ALERT ISSUED BY HIS FO AT ORD, IL.

Narrative: LOCATION: END OF RWY 14L, TAXI PRE-TKOF. AFTER A LENGTHY DELAY FOR TKOF, WE WERE FINALLY NEAR DEP. I CHKED THE FLT PLAN TO VERIFY MINIMUM TKOF FUEL BECAUSE OF THE LONG DELAY. I BELIEVE THE FUEL WAS 19200 LBS. OUR MINIMUM TKOF FUEL WAS AROUND 19400 LBS. I ADVISED THE CAPT THAT WE WERE BELOW MINIMUM TKOF FUEL. THE CAPT BRUSQUELY REPLIED THAT HE WAS AWARE OF THAT. I ASKED THE CAPT IF HE WANTED ME TO GET A LOWER RELEASE FUEL FROM DISPATCH BEFORE TKOF. THE CAPT REPLIED, 'NO.' HE SAID HE WAS COMFORTABLE WITH IT. I SAID, 'I'M NOT.' WE TOOK OFF. SO, HERE I AM FOLLOWING UP ON THIS PARTICULAR INCIDENT. NOT THAT IT SHOULD MATTER, BUT THERE WAS PLENTY OF TIME TO GET AN UPDATED RELEASE WITHOUT DISRUPTING THE TKOF SEQUENCE OR TIME. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 589677: AFTER 1 HR SINGLE ENG TAXI TO RWY 14L. INTO POS AND HOLD. 20 MI SEPARATION SE DEPS. APPROX 35-40 ACFT BEHIND US WAITING FOR DEP. MINIMUM TKOF FUEL REACHED AS WE TAXIED INTO POS. 1 HR HOLD FUEL WITH 1500 LBS ADDITIONAL. I ELECTED TO ACCEPT TKOF CLRNC WITH ALL KNOWN VARIABLES AT THAT TIME.
