Narrative:

Aircraft was put in a holding pattern over jvl for ord due to ord landing on only 1 runway. Flight crew declared minimum fuel with ATC and dispatch, then declared fuel emergency with ATC and dispatch, got cleared into ord, landed with 6300 pounds of fuel. Dispatcher notified the flight crew that rfd was an option before minimum fuel was declared. ATC continued to vector the aircraft over jvl area towards ord.

Title: A B752 DISPATCHER RPTED THAT THE CAPT DECLARED A MINIMUM FUEL EMER WITH C90.

Narrative: ACFT WAS PUT IN A HOLDING PATTERN OVER JVL FOR ORD DUE TO ORD LNDG ON ONLY 1 RWY. FLT CREW DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL WITH ATC AND DISPATCH, THEN DECLARED FUEL EMER WITH ATC AND DISPATCH, GOT CLRED INTO ORD, LANDED WITH 6300 LBS OF FUEL. DISPATCHER NOTIFIED THE FLT CREW THAT RFD WAS AN OPTION BEFORE MINIMUM FUEL WAS DECLARED. ATC CONTINUED TO VECTOR THE ACFT OVER JVL AREA TOWARDS ORD.
