Narrative:
Aircraft X at FL290 and aircraft Y at FL330 both to dtw. Both needed to descend, but aircraft Y at FL330 had 3 aircraft opposite direction at FL310 that were traffic. I descended aircraft Y thinking I descended aircraft X. Aircraft Y lost separation with one of the opposite direction aircraft at FL310.

Title: ZAU ARTCC RADAR CTLR DSNDS WRONG ACFT THAT RESULTS IN A LOSS OF SEPARATION WITH OPPOSITE DIRECTION TFC.
Narrative: ACFT X AT FL290 AND ACFT Y AT FL330 BOTH TO DTW. BOTH NEEDED TO DSND, BUT ACFT Y AT FL330 HAD 3 ACFT OPPOSITE DIRECTION AT FL310 THAT WERE TFC. I DSNDED ACFT Y THINKING I DSNDED ACFT X. ACFT Y LOST SEPARATION WITH ONE OF THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION ACFT AT FL310.
