B767 on kayoh 4 arrival assigned 10000 ft. B737 on prado 5 departure assigned 9000 ft. Third aircraft, cessna on VFR flight, following at B767's 12 O'clock position, 7-10 mi, opposite direction, climbing out of 10300 ft. Traffic exchanged. Cessna reports B767 in sight. B767 does not see cessna, advises ATC of an RA via TCASII. Despite warning from ATC of company traffic, B767 descends into B737's path to comply with TCASII RA with cessna which is already above B767 with B767 in sight.
