Narrative:

My aircraft was in the pattern doing touch-and-goes. We called our position on departure leg then turning downwind for runway 4. Citabria called us in sight and would cross midfield to enter downwind. At about midfield, I saw cessna starting turn to downwind about 100 ft lower than our altitude. At that point, the cessna reported turning downwind. I pulled up and started a climbing right 360 degree turn. I reported making the turn to reenter downwind for traffic separation. The only call heard by the cessna was the one turning downwind. My aircraft and citabria were in contact with each other and were reporting each leg of the traffic pattern.
