Narrative:

Upon completion of a part 121 charter to bos the local contract ramp service crew failed to offload client bags from mid cargo bin. The weight of this cargo was 1650 pounds. When queried, the ramp supervisor (agent) on duty confirmed all bags and freight had been removed. The offshoot is that we were 1650 pounds over planned takeoff weight. Our company representatives contacted bos FBO to take corrective action on procedural breakdown.
