Narrative:

After landing roll to transition to taxi, the aircraft became stuck in a muddy area in the center of the turf runway. The forward motion along with the rapid deceleration caused by the soft turf and high center of gravity caused the airplane to nose over and the propeller to contact the ground.

Title: PLT OF SMA BIPLANE ENCOUNTERED SOFT, MUDDY AREA OF GRASS RWY DURING LNDG ROLL. ACFT SLOWED ABRUPTLY AND NOSED OVER, STRIKING THE GRASS RWY SURFACE WITH THE PROP.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG ROLL TO TRANSITION TO TAXI, THE ACFT BECAME STUCK IN A MUDDY AREA IN THE CTR OF THE TURF RWY. THE FORWARD MOTION ALONG WITH THE RAPID DECELERATION CAUSED BY THE SOFT TURF AND HIGH CTR OF GRAVITY CAUSED THE AIRPLANE TO NOSE OVER AND THE PROP TO CONTACT THE GND.
