Narrative:

Right engine compressor stalled during throttle up. On throttle up for takeoff, right engine compressor stalled around 1.72 EPR. Takeoff was discontinued at that time. Returned to gate for maintenance. After maintenance inspection at gate, both engines had sustained FOD due to ice ingestion. Supplemental information from acn 575166: maintenance reported that both engines were damaged by FOD and advised us that there was ice on the upper surface of the wings near the wing root.
