Narrative:

When leaving the gate, the operations agent told the captain the door wasn't properly closed. The captain said no problem, we don't see any door light. So we were cleared for takeoff, and at maybe 300 ft, I heard air rushing in. The flight attendant also called to tell us the same thing. So, we returned to land and properly closed the forward door.
