Narrative:
During procedure to placard left engine anti-ice valve inoperative per MEL 30-08C, failed to verify all 5 MEL's associated with original placard were issued by technical service placard for MEL EPR limit MEL 34-31B not installed. Aircraft departed gate and airborne before error noted.

Narrative: DURING PROC TO PLACARD L ENG ANTI-ICE VALVE INOP PER MEL 30-08C, FAILED TO VERIFY ALL 5 MEL'S ASSOCIATED WITH ORIGINAL PLACARD WERE ISSUED BY TECHNICAL SVC PLACARD FOR MEL EPR LIMIT MEL 34-31B NOT INSTALLED. ACFT DEPARTED GATE AND AIRBORNE BEFORE ERROR NOTED.
