Narrative:

ATIS advised departure from runway 19R, intersection V. Takeoff data card noted this. Ground issued taxi to runway 19R intersection V. Tower then cleared us for takeoff runway 19R, intersection V (we were to hold short but captain had not yet made the turn). Captain then released brakes and proceeded to cross hold short lines for runway 35R. I stopped him immediately and I'm not even sure we actually crossed the hold lines. No conflicts were noted and we then requested full length. Very poor operation design here at mke but this is a case of the captain not paying attention. Even worse is that this is an incursion hot spot and our base airport.
