Narrative:

Cleared to taxi out to runway 19R mke using txwys B, K, east, F, from the gate. Just short of runway 25R ground told us to hold short of the runway. Running the taxi checklist, taxiing in the dark, we just missed to hold short. We crossed the runway inadvertently before we stopped.
